1. Contract: to fulfill our agreement with the Customer and users.
2. Legitimate interest: to ensure functionality, security, and improvements.

Data entered into the App belongs to the Customer (the subscribing organization).

We only process such data on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with their instructions.

Data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting providers) under strict data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

When a Customer terminates their agreement, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable timeframe unless longer retention is required by law.
